My sincere thanks which words cannot express for the wonderful hospitality, treatment, and giving me a second chance to live in this world.

The night when I had the chest pain, being a Indian, not knowing what is the standard of Vietnam hospitals, I was wondering what will happen.

At 10pm on OCT 10th is when I decided I should go to hospital, first I went to a small clinic then to Colombia hospital where they treated for two hours and gave me hope that there is a chance for me to survive.

When I first reached Tam Duc Hospital at 3 AM in the morning at emergency ward, they received with utmost care, and did all the test professionally. The systems followed and set up I saw in Tam Duc hospital gave me further hope of survival.

On Oct 12th when I met Dr CHU TRONG HIEP, and he explained the actual status and when we had the conference call with our family doctor in India Dr Boaz, it was clear that the systems followed in the hospital is professional of international standard basis. The care taken on the client, the personal attention, the comfort zone given to the patient such that they don't panic and know what is happening around them and mainly the confidence what we see in the doctors and the team eyes gives much hope.

One week of stay in Tam Duc hospital was nice inspite of the pain and did not feel that I had undergone a major bypass operation.

While getting discharged they gave me good advise of post and very happy.

Icu / emergency / ward nurse are committed to their duties, routine monitoring, punctuality and commitment to profession is very highly appreciated and request to sustain the same. Truly they receive with a smile and update the status and educate the patient.
